New Zealand Clover Honey Mustard Sauce Recipe Makes about a cup

Ingredients:

• 1/3 cup New Zealand Clover Honey
• 3/4 Cup dijon mustard
• Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

1. Heat New Zealand Clover Honey to pouring consistency (this can be done in short bursts in the microwave, in a saucepan over a gentle heat or by standing the jar in warm water).
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
